About

In June of 2012, after fifteen years of reclaiming mind and body through movement and other therapeutic and artistic modalities, I read this phrase in a book about restoring sanity.

"Come to your senses."

And it FINALLY occurred to me what that actually means. It does not mean having a cognitive epiphany. It does not mean that you thought about something long enough that you finally figured it out.

It means living a full life of the senses in order to find clarity.

It means enlivening the felt sense of the body to know the mind.

It is about what you taste vs. what you eat.

It is about taking the time to consider the view.

It is about movement and breath.

It is about connecting with others.

It is about living and it means everything.

So I am pleased to offer beautiful sensory, life affirming experiences and images to you. There will be some journeys we can take together. I will offer classes and trainings and trips.

And I will feature the best-of-class in art, music, and luxurious tactile and sense-stimulating goods, so long as they are for your greater good and our collective greater good.

Are you ready to come to your senses?
