Move



Ahh. Movement. We know it works. And we love it when we do it. Even this moment of stillness in the gorgeous Ron Hamad photograph speaks to a forward folding of the spine, a surrender.

It's simple. To have a healthy mind and joyous life you have to remain in motion. It is extraordinary what the body can do at any age. That's why I created True Movement, a system to celebrate the joy of movement and to restore strength, length, agility and balance.

My clients are yogis and Pilates students and dancers and runners. Some of my clients are in great mental and physical health and some have various stages of disease or unwellness. Some are in their 20s and my new client is in her 90s. 

I teach privately and in small groups in my home.

And I am always interested in telling you more and/or helping you find a True Movement teacher nearer to you!
